The use of the Child Initiated Pretend Play Assessment - ChIPPA: a scoping review

Resumo Introdução O brincar é uma importante ocupação infantil e sua avaliação deve fazer parte do processo terapêutico para analisar o desempenho ocupacional da criança planejar intervenções embasadas nessa ocupação. A Avaliação Brincar de Faz Conta Iniciado pela Criança (ChIPPA) já foi traduzida, adaptada transculturalmente validada a população brasileira. Objetivo Realizar revisão escopo sobre ChIPPA identificar como tem sido descrita abordada na literatura nacional internacional. Método Entre janeiro junho 2021, realizada busca dos artigos nas bases dados PubMed, Scopus, BVS, ERIC, CINAHL, Web of Science PsycInfo, usando estratégias com diferentes sintaxes acordo método cada base: Chippa OR “Child-Initiated Pretend Play Assessment”, Assessment” “Avaliação faz conta iniciado criança”, AND Publication Type: Journal. Resultados Foram localizados 25 artigos, entre 2000 envolvendo 971 crianças 3 12 anos idade, desenvolvimento típico atípico, desenvolvidos em estudos analíticos observacionais (transversais coorte) experimentais; metodológicos (validação instrumento adaptação cultural instrumento); descritivos. Conclusão ChiPPA que permite correlacionar as habilidades verbais, sociais, acadêmicas processamento sensorial pré-escolares. É medida desfecho eficaz, válida confiável, permitindo avaliar típicas atípicas contextos países, inclusive no Brasil.
